Please understand that we are located on the highest (Vršič) mountain pass in Slovenia and the Eastern Julian Alps.
That is also why we are not always available like your app on the phone in your pocket, especially in winter (from December till April), when the snow can fall and make the road non-transportable for some time when access to the hut is only by foot.
Please have that in mind when you make a reservation and plan to visit us in the winter.
