Know the forest fruits and mushrooms
The forest fruits and mushrooms
You should know the forest fruits and mushrooms before you pick them. Don’t just pick them because they look pretty. Don’t eat any forest fruit or mushrooms if you really don’t know them and you know that they are eatable.
The daily limit of picking is 2 kilos per person.
Picking is allowed only in the 3rd protective regime in Triglav National Park. Park rangers can stop and check your belongings at any point in the national park.
Be respectful and only observe the protected nature in the national park as we do it from Erjavčeva mountain hut.
